You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorized by you. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
The Platform is required to implement Know Your Customer procedures to confirm user identity, verify age, prevent fraud and comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Account balances on ar999d are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. All deposits must be made from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. In the event of account closure due to a material breach by the User, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where closure is not related to a User breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User subject to completion of KYC and applicable withdrawal processing.
Users may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligation owed to the Platform under these Terms prior to closure.
